In Honor of Holly Hummel

This exhibition is in honor of the collection’s founder, Holly Hummel, and marks her retirement from the college after 29 years.

Without Holly’s devoted work over the years, this collection would not exist. She has given these objects the respect they deserve, and has inspired many students over the years to follow her lead. She has entertained the Vassar community, including alumnae groups across the country, with her presentations about the collection.
