Title: Cream Blouse

Description: off-white blouse, lace trim at neckline and cuffs, grosgrain ribbon inner waistband, embroidery, tucks, metal hooks and eyes.; Cream blouse. Crinoline and silk. Lace trim. Silk embroidery around collar and cuffs. Fine pleating details on sleeves, at shoulders, down princess seams. Also down center back. Sailor collar in back with peaked lapels in front (exact term pending). Ruffle around neckline and down center front. Silk around waist (may be later addition?). Hook and eye closures up center front. Grosgrain ribbon waistband. Possible dry cleaner tag stitched into grosgrain (9813 R)? No inner structure. Two layers of crinoline. Two rows of ribbons stitched into inside of neckline down through center front. Embroidery is dotted, very thick. Tag under waistband (Y710) possibly stapled on. 3/4 length sleeves.
