Description: Dress of black silk and multicolored brocade with black beads & sequins and black net. ; Dress of black silk and multicolored brocade with black beads & sequins and black net. Bodice of multicolored brocade covered with black net trimmed w/plastic sequins, straps of black net edged w/sequins start for natural waistline, waistband of black silk satin, snap closure down center back, skirt of black silk satin w/overskirt of black net trimmed at hemline w/3 rows of sequins, overskirt = open down .75 of center back, draping into a beaded tassel, curved to left of underskirt at center front and center back but shorter at sides to reveal another panel of net at each side, between other 2 layers, hemmed w/more elaborate pattern of sequin trim. Bodice lined with beige net and lace trim. Built in (garter belt) of muslin, machine sewn, to hang dress because the straps are fragile. Edges turned, waistband sewn, etc. by hand (and not very neatly). Edges often unfinished. Hanging wide black silk satin ribbon at center back waist (length of skirt) Straight seams = machine sewn - French seams in silk underskirt. Hem = hand sewn home made?

Tear - waistband at center front black overskirt needs to be tacked under waistband at center front some fracturing of black silk skirt tears in net and brocade under left arm



floral print bodice is shattering, black silk twill lining is shattering, tear in center back at button of closures, tears in ribbon trim at waist, some sequins coming off, surface stain at center back of skirt 1' above hem.
