Condition Description

Large tears and holes just below waist; smaller holes in the body of the skirt, mostly on lower half; lace detailing is fraying; silk ribbon at the hem is torn and fraying; an inner-skirt has been added, with a bright green ribbon on inside of waist; hook-and-eye closures have been partially replaced, or are rusted; most closures on the verge of detaching; huge holes and tears at the center back of the hem outer layer; small brown bugs in the netting. Put through the freezer protocol in spring of 2014, removed from the freezer on 2014-02-17, inspected, bugs removed, and placed in new box: should only be placed with other items that have been treated for pests or mold.
