Trapezoid neckline, rounded lace collar in back; attached shawl shoulders, with floral embroidery; net and metal embroidery bust panels; CF panel in slate silk with floral embroidery, trimmed in metal ribbon, opens on the left princess seam, hook and eye closures at opening, 2 layers of hook and eye closers one at the lining the other at the top silk layer; snaps and hook and eyes along back of metal ribbon; full length sleeve, with embroidery at bottom; skirt gathered at waist, covered by a sash panel of lining and overlay fabric, closes at left side seam with hook and eyes, finished with a cream silk ribbon; full length skirt, heavy embroidery at bottom, light embroidery moving up; attached shawl element continues around to back to waist; heavy floral embroidery throughout back; sash continues around back, lining fabric exposed beneath the arms; bodice completely lined with net; embroidered netting panels by bust with hook and eyes; gross grain waist band ribbon at waist with hook and eye closures, silk finishing; silk lining in skirt; twill ribbon on inside of skirt where it is gathered at waist.
