Virginia Fairfield Warren was the daughter of Dean William M. Warren of Boston University. She and Edward E. Allen, Jr. (Harvard Class of '21) married in 1925. Donor was Virginia's granddaughter, Elizabeth Allen. Elizabeth donated this dress along with her husband's grandmother's wedding dress, VC2017001, worn by Rosalind Howe Sturges '28.

A few fraying seams under arms. Weak and messy netting sewn into neckline. A few small stains on front of dress. One tear in lace on front of skirt.
